   Cleanse & Prep – Wash your face and dry thoroughly. If you have sensitive skin, apply a thin layer of cream or a gauze pad for comfort.

   Choose Electrode – Insert the correct glass electrode before powering on (mushroom for cheeks/forehead, bent tip for acne spots).

   Turn On & Glide – Start at the lowest setting. First "ground" the device by placing your finger on the glass tube before applying to your face. Once tube is on your face, release finger. Gently move the electrode in circular or sweeping motions without holding it in one spot. You may feel a mild warmth or tingling — this is normal. To make the gliding easier, apply any moisturizer.

   Target & Treat Blemishes– “Spark” pimples by briefly lifting the glass attachment 1-2 cm from pimple. You'll feel the zapping sensation, this slight discomfort means the bacteria is being killed and the treatment is working. If you don't feel anything, move the glass electrode as close to pimple as possible without touching it. . Treat each pimple for no more than 10 seconds at a time. For areas like forehead, cheeks and other larger areas, try not to exceed 3 minutes total. Entire face should not exceed 10 minutes.
